While America's Frontline Doctors started off with the right intentions under Simone Gold, the ills of greed and self interest ultimately caused for AFLDS to stray from its stated mandate, a course that was ultimately corrected by the honorable board members of this non profit. There are many issues that have come to light during the course correction investigation that was launched by Chairman Joey Gilbert. Millions of funding dollars were being wasted on the lavish lifestyle of Simone Gold and her boyfriend John Strand. Since the January 6th arrest of Dr Gold, AFLDS has become the "January 6th Gold and Strand project, oft ignoring the critical medical freedom movement. While the non profit was advertised as America's Frontline Doctors, in the plural form, fundraising resources were used to raise the celebrity of Simone Gold, while neglecting bringing other doctors. The correction of all these issues is well underway, including the retrieval of valuable funder dollars to be used to fight the cause of Medical Freedom. 

This platform is testament to the fact that the board of Americas Frontline Doctors is now under wholly competent leadership, with full transparency and approaching the medical freedom movement from a 360 degree angle vision going forward. Many new shows and podcast have been introduced to this platform to expose the works of Americas Frontline Doctors and those in the Medical Freedom Movement, while the media budget has been reduced by over 75%, meaning a lot more is happening with a lot less resources, which allows America's Frontline Doctors to pursue a broad range of initiatives, including broad medical freedom activism, law suits, and steps to reverse the medical tyranny, like telemedicine.
