BREAKING! Boris Epshteyn EXPOSE!

BREAKING: The America Happens Network EXCLUSIVE (www.AmericaHappens.com, and https://rumble.com/c/AMERICAHAPPENS

News update on Boris Epshteyn allegedly being a plant for the FBI & DOJ, tasked with causing harm to the Donald Trump Legal Defense.

The America Happens Network, via the Blood Money Podcast with Vem Miller, was first to expose that Boris Epshteyn is being accused of being an FBI and DOJ plant within the Trump Legal team, who has allegedly been tasked with causing harm from the inside to the Trump legal cases. As the Whistleblower interview with Vem Miller indicates (link here: https://rumble.com/v461nwi-is-boris-epshteyn-the-mole-in-trumps-campaign-blood-money-episode-192.html), there are many questionable facts about the past of Boris Epshteyn, and the way Boris has been handling the Trump legal defense.

My Post last Friday brought to further attention who Boris Epshteyn is, and the allegations that have been brought forth against him, that he is working for the Intel agencies against the best interests of former President Donald Trump. Here is a link to that post: https://x.com/iheartmindy/status/1781418980395413515

Boris Epshteyn was also mentioned last week in the NY Post, who is also pointing the finger at Epshteyn. https://nypost.com/2024/04/17/opinion/democrats-who-continue-to-go-after-trump-are-contributing-to-his-boost-in-ego/ . In summary of that article, Epshteyn is reportedly running all legal teams for Trump and is supposedly such a control freak that he demands that all communications with the former president go through him as a bottleneck. According to this article, Boris has apparently instructed the Trump lawyers under his control to ignore the most important witness in the New York Hush money trial who is Bob Costello.

The post reported that, “Costello is perplexed about why he hasn’t been asked to testify by Trump’s defense team. The omission has led people close to Trump to question the motives of the praetorian guard of advisers insulating the former president, with suspicions that someone in his inner sanctum may have been compromised by DOJ special counsel Jack Smith.  Fingers have pointed to Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn, said to be an “unindicted co-conspirator” in Smith’s filings and described as a “control freak” who has alienated other Trump lawyers, such as David Schoen and Tim Parlatore.”

When Parlatore quit the classified-documents case, he blamed Epshteyn for “doing everything he could to try to . . . prevent us from doing what we could to defend the president.”

NY Post usually gets it right and what they reported supports my previous assertions which can be seen at the link above. It also supports the interview conducted by Vem Miller of the Blood Money podcast (episode 192) on The America Happens Network, which is also linked above.

Additional research again supports the allegations made that Epshteyn is working with the FBI/DOJ. Indicators point to the allegation that Boris Epshteyn was the government informant who supplied the FBI with the location of the documents at Mar a Lago days prior to the raid.  There cannot be any other explanation. There were only 3 people who allegedly knew where the documents were kept and what documents were where. Two of the three were indicted, the third Epshteyn was not.

As the Blood Money podcast with Vem Miller indicates, Boris Epshteyn has done and said things that should have gotten him into a lot of legal trouble. That is unless he is protected. One must question, is he protected by the intelligence community?

Even more incriminating about Epshteyn is that he allegedly set up the new Trump attorney Christina Bobb only days after she was hired to become the “fall gal” for the classified document debacle which Epshteyn was in charge of.  https://www.newsweek.com/exclusive-informer-told-fbi-what-docs-trump-was-hiding-where-1732283 . “The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek.”

“The affidavit to obtain the search warrant, the intelligence source says, contained abundant and persuasive detail that Trump continued to possess the relevant records in violation of federal law, and that investigators had sufficient information to prove that those records were located at Mar-a-Lago—including the detail that they were contained in a specific safe in a specific room… Trump attorney Lindsey Halligan, who was present during the multi-hour search, says that the FBI targeted three rooms—a bedroom, an office and a storage room. That suggests that the FBI knew specifically where to look.”

Like I said, only 3 people had this information and two were indicted, the one who was not is Epshteyn.

Christina Bobb’s interview with the FBI mentioned Epshteyn more than once and has our eyes wide open.  …  https://www.emptywheel.net/2022/11/06/boris-epshteyns-clearance-problems  “..Her (Bobb’s) testimony described additional contacts she had with Epshteyn. Bobb testified to the justice department about the 3 June episode on Friday, detailing Corcoran’s role and additional contacts with Trump’s in-house counsel Boris Epshteyn, one of the sources said.”

“One of those contacts involved Ephsteyn calling her the night before DOJ came to Mar-a-Lago — remember, DOJ was only asked to come the night before — and telling her to show up the next day to play what was, unbeknownst to her at the time, the role of the fall gal.  She (Bobb) told them that another Trump lawyer, Boris Epshteyn, contacted her the night before she signed the attestation and connected her with Mr. Corcoran. Ms. Bobb, who was living in Florida, was told that she needed to go to Mar-a-Lago the next day to deal with an unspecified legal matter for Mr. Trump.”

To add credibility to this claim is the fact that the DOJ is doing everything they can to keep their informant’s (Epshteyn’s) identity a secret because they know if it comes out that he is done as a useful asset to the intelligence community against Trump.  https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/judge-trump-classified-docs-case-keep-government-witnesses-secret-rcna147120 .  “Cannon said redacting identifiable information would address Smith's safety concerns for potential witnesses.”

Hmmm.  This looks like they are protecting Epshteyn to keep him as a source.

Epshteyn is also irrefutably a key witness in not one, not two, but three high-profile cases for which he is still lead counsel for  Donald J. Trump. Epshteyn is also not just another one of Trump’s revolving door attorneys. Epshteyn is Trump’s premiere lead attorney on all of his pending criminal legal matters, a second coming of the nefarious Michael Cohen if you will.

Here are some other serious links to readings which will lead you down the path to believe the allegations:

Testimony before Georgia Grand Jury as a witness: Epshteyn testified before a grand jury in Georgia as part of a probe by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis into efforts by Trump and his allies to subvert the 2020 election results.

“Mr. Epshteyn played a central role in efforts to keep Mr. Trump in power despite his loss in the 2020 election.”

Fulton County Prosecutor Fani Willis stated, "Mr. Epshteyn's testimony is crucial to our case.”

“…It is clear that Epshteyn's legal challenges brought by the government are significant and potentially damaging to himself.  It is not disputed that Epshteyn could even face charges.”

BORIS EPSHTEYN IS (ALLEGEDLY) A COOPERATING WITNESS OFFERED PROTECTION:

Will everyone realize this when Boris is on the stand in 2 weeks giving testimony against the Trump team?

According to Fani Willis' filing with the court last week, Boris will be testifying against the Defendants.

Here are some highlights of the Fani Willis Affidavit to the Court, numbered 4, 12, 13, 14, and 20, below. This indicates that if Boris Epshteyn testifies in the case, he will not be charged, prosecuted, or arrested. This would indicate that he is protected if and when he throws Trump under the bus.

4. Washington, D.C. resident Boris Epshteyn is a necessary and material witness to the proof of the State's case, specifically as to Defendant Sidney Powell's culpability and Defendant Kenneth Chesebro's culpability.

12. Boris Epshteyn will provide evidence to the jury of Sidney Powell's involvement in the conspiracy, including, without limitation, as it relates to her appearance at the press conference on November 19, 2020.

13. Boris Epshteyn will also provide evidence to the jury of Kennth Chesebro's

involvement in the conspiracy, including, without limitation, as it relates to his

communication with co-defendants John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani regarding the

attempt to disrupt and delay the January 6, 2021 joint session of Congress.

14. Boris Epshteyn, based on the information set forth above, is a necessary and material witness. He possesses unique knowledge concerning communications between himself and Sidney Powell as well as communications between himself and Kenneth Chesebro and other known and unknown individuals involved in the multi-state, coordinated efforts to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere.

20. If Boris Epshteyn comes into the State of Georgia pursuant to this request, directing him to attend and testify in this criminal prosecution, the laws of this State shall give him protection from arrest and from service of civil or criminal process, both within this State and in any other state through which he may be required to pass in the ordinary course of travel, for any matters which arose before his entrance into this State and other states.

Why has Trump not gotten rid of Epshteyn yet? Cover for action is the excuse that Trump has bought into, but hopefully this will blow his cover and force the Trump legal team to recognize the mole that they allegedly have within their ranks before he takes a stand against them in Georgia or in the Jack Smith cases.  See my post from Friday, linked above.
